Greg Zlevor

Greg Zlevor is President of Westwood International Inc., creator of Leadership 180, and sponsor of ECOE. Drawing from 20 years of executive development experience, Zlevor tailors sessions that address the particular needs of executive teams, managerial groups and whole staff organizations.

Some of Greg’s accomplishments include: Designing and leading a continuing yearlong global executive leadership program at Johnson & Johnson; Design and facilitate Strategic Leadership Courses for the Federal Government; Created, facilitated, and implemented a multi-month improvement initiative for Mass General Hospital; Created and facilitated several 6-month programs for prominent private dental practices to create office harmony and improve productivity; Coached and facilitated the Six Sigma Team at Honeywell in change management techniques and processes; Delivered and trained GE Capital managers in facilitation and process improvement techniques throughout the US and world; Facilitated a team at Sabre Inc through the development and roll-out of a new world-wide account management initiative; and Designed and led a successful two-year mission, vision, and strategic planning process for CFI while the company tripled in size.

Kate Sweetman, author and former HBR editor, helps companies to maximize leadership potential in today’s fast-moving, complex, multi-cultural organizations. For 20 years, she has created educational solutions that integrate proven industry best practices with her own experience and creativity to expand thinking and incite new behaviors and actions. The Times of London has designated Kate as an Emerging Guru, and she writes a popular for Fast Company. Her book, Leadership Code: Five Rules to Lead By is available in 10 languages. She is a Visiting Scholar at MIT working in entrepreneurship and innovation.


Executive Circle of Excellence (ECOE) is a newly formed joint venture between Pegasus Communications and Westwood International solely dedicated to the issues of CEOs in the economic recovery. The joint venture was formed because Pegasus’ focus on systems thinking in time of great change and Westwood’s focus on leadership action taken together create an unusual opportunity to get to action on the most pressing issues.
