Assisted the California Department of Transportation Management
Team to re-align the Department’s goals and strategic objectives
under severe budget reductions.
Facilitated a stakeholder meeting to develop a policy framework
for the Bureau of Reclamation for use of a special water supply
in the northwest United States
Designed and implemented numerous strategic planning and decision
processes for a broad range of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations
using interactive polling technology.
Mediated a group comprised of Unocal Corporation, twelve public
agencies, and various technical consultants to agree on clean-up
requirements for oil buried under a public beach.
Facilitated stakeholder meetings to discuss the permit allocation
process as part of the preparation of the Colorado River Management
Plan.
Facilitated a 17-member citizen advisory group to achieve consensus
on the best location for a wastewater treatment facility in Glendale,
Arizona
Assisted the San Luis Obispo Air Pollution Control District to prepare
a five-year strategic plan, which included input from a broad range
of public and private stakeholders.
Facilitated a series of public meetings for the San Diego Association
of Governments to identify and prioritize critical values in the
preparation of the Regional Comprehensive Plan.
Assisted a 35-member gubernatorial advisory committee to agree on
the most important environmental issues facing the State of Arizona.
