Jean
M. DiGiovanna has over 17 years of Consulting and Coaching experience
specializing in authentic leadership, effective teamwork and professional
and personal growth. Jean is a Certified Professional Coach, Speaker,
Facilitator and Trainer and delivers high-impact training courses
in the areas of communication, coaching and leadership to Fortune
500 companies, non-profits and academia.
As an Executive Coach, Team Specialist and Facilitator, Jean guides
Executives and their teams to achieve professional excellence transforming
challenges into immediate bottom line results. After working with
Jean, leaders and their teams experience renewed trust, more open
communication and increased effectiveness.
Jean began her career as a Management Consultant at Cambridge Technology
Partners (CTP - Now, Novell) focusing on Management and Project
Team Effectiveness, Operations Management and Strategic Planning.
She served as the Business Operations Manager for CTP's Nordic Region
of Europe collaborating with Operations, Sales and Human Resources
assimilating employees into the culture, improving quality of sales
and delivery and increasing team leadership and communication. Prior
to her Europe-based work, Jean initiated a directive and comprehensive
training and development program throughout CTP worldwide to address
cultural change, team effectiveness and rapid employee integration.
She contributed to the company’s growth from 90 to over 4000
employees in nine years and from one location to over 30 worldwide.
With a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University and
her early years as an IT Consultant, Jean brings a unique understanding
and experience of IT that enables her to work with clients to bridge
the gap between technology and business.
Jean is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), a member
of the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and was recently named
one of the top 10 Coaches of Boston by Women's Business Boston.
She has spoken both nationally and internationally on life and business
strategies and her work has been described as life-changing.
Outside of work, Jean enjoys the arts, travel and the outdoors.
She is an abstract artist and jewelry designer and an avid salsa
dancer.
