James
A. Rae is the President of Focal Point Communication, Inc. a Denver
based organizational leadership and team development consulting
firm. For the past twenty years James has consulted with corporations
and businesses throughout the United States and abroad.
James is currently a part time faculty member, in the Communication
Department at Regis University. His areas of study include: leadership,
team building, tactical team performance, public and professional
presentation skills, personality typing, conflict resolution and
organizational development.
Community volunteerism is very important to James and he has served
as Chairman for the Colorado/Wyoming Cystic Fibrosis Foundation,
and the Balarat Outdoor Education Center, which delivers experience
based learning programs to nearly 15,000 (3rd to 5th) grade students
in the Denver Public Schools. He presently serves on the Minoru
Yasui Foundation Board; a foundation developed to recognize community
volunteerism.
