Joy E. Taylor is an accomplished professional, with over fifteen years of cross-functional experience in strategic consulting, team facilitation, Lean, Six Sigma/Process Excellence, program & project management, and operational excellence. She has a proven ability to manage multiple functions, drive process & productivity improvement efforts, lead change, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Joy has experience with both transactional and manufacturing clients in areas including energy, travel, tourism, business transformation & outsourcing, entertainment, commercial real estate, space satellite industry, automotive, healthcare, insurance, and professional sports. She has worked with companies operating in each of the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

She has extensive experience in the implementation of Six Sigma, having served as a project team leader, coach, senior team facilitator and instructor. In addition, Ms. Taylor also earned her certification as a PMP as well as GE Capital Certified Black Belt and Certified Master Black Belt.

Ms. Taylor holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida, with M.A. specialties in Marketing and Statistics from the University of South Florida and a B.A. degree from the University of Florida in Communication Studies and Public Speaking.
