Janine applies her Fine Arts Degree and sixteen years of experiential education, management, and international event coordination to her role as a graphic recorder, researcher, and facilitator. She has a dynamic graphic approach that allows meeting participants to fully engage in conversation, tethering their ideas and beliefs to the "big picture" of their organization.

Using the visual learning and the facilitated process together to activate creative business and community strategies that engage the individual along with the entire system, Underhill skillfully delivers a unique product that always exceeds her clients' desired outcomes.

When not traveling the world, Janine resides in Denver where she enjoys personal adventures in her Airstream trailer, flyfishing, and rafting with her 8 year old son.
