Leslie Cancilla has had a life-long career as a Teacher, Facilitator, Trainer, Counselor and Coach, with an emphasis on experiential and transformational learning and growth. She received her bachelor’s from Cornell University in Environmental Education, her Master’s from Ohio State University in Experiential and Environmental Education and her Doctorate from Colorado State University in Counseling and Career Development.

As her career evolved, Leslie moved into and continues to provide Corporate Experiential Training and Facilitation for corporate team, organizational, and community development programs, including team building, strategic planning, leadership development and communication.

Once earning her doctorate, Leslie began a private career counseling practice and continues to provide training and consulting for individuals regarding career transition and management.

Leslie completed the Coaching for Personal and Professional Mastery program with Newfield Network, located in Boulder, CO in 2007 and is currently working toward certification through the International Coaching Federation. With this, Leslie has enhanced her practice: highlighted by coaching executives, developing leaders and individuals who are seeking a new “way of being and doing” which results in more effective performance, higher productivity, greater satisfaction, deeper meaning, and purpose in one’s life and work.

Leslie builds rapport quickly with any group. She is attentive to group and individual needs, is creative and engaging in her delivery and facilitation style, creates a positive context for meaningful learning to occur, and does the work necessary to create a successful and memorable experience!
