Michelle
M. Boos-Stone is a very experienced consultant and trainer and has
done extensive work with companies in the areas of organizational
learning, communication, and leadership development. She has helped
major organizations with their culture change initiatives and vision/strategy
development and implementation. Michelle has developed and delivered
several highly successful training sessions for executives and leaders
to increase their knowledge, skills and understanding, as well as
to increase their identity as a team, to create a sustainable, cohesive
shared vision for the future.
Michelle is also a highly regarded corporate executive coach for
both individual high-level leaders and members of leadership teams.
Her coaching program is unique and customized to each individual
client. The coaching model she developed is a joint introspective
exercise to give each individual an opportunity to grow and stretch
themselves in meaningful, thoughtful ways that produce outstanding
results for them as a leader, as a valued member of a high-functioning
team and in their individual work relationships. It is a willingness
to toss out old paradigms and imagine what being an optimal leader
could be, all within a changeable, unpredictable environment. Her
coaching work is focused around identifying individuals' uniqueness
and leadership styles, and allocating time to build on those unique
contributions while enhancing the individual's desired capabilities
and knowledge. This method of coaching is about building on strengths,
not focusing on weaknesses. It is an exercise of growth. Michelle
works with top leaders to help them unleash a powerful strength
from within themselves through a self-questioning learning environment.
Michelle typically works with the top 10-20% of leadership in Fortune
50 - 500 organizations, helping them to see things differently and
BE better and different
