For
15 years, Sean has facilitated hundreds of collaborative strategic
planning and negotiation sessions in the public, private and not-for-profit
sectors. Sean’s expertise includes the use of decision support
technologies, including CoNexus®, Concept System®, and Frontier
Analyst®. Past and current clients include Times-Mirror Corporation,
Science Applications International Corporation, Telcordia Technologies
(formerly Bell Labs), The National Institute for Health, Mercy Health
System, United Health Services, Inc., Arnot Medical Services, the
Greater Boston Visitor and Convention Bureau, The Washington, D.C.
Area Metro Transit Authority, New York State Electric & Gas,
numerous Federal Credit Unions, the New York State Department of
Education, the Arizona Department of Education, and hundreds of
schools in New York, Pennsylvania and Arizona.
Sean was previously manager of strategic planning for New York
State Electric & Gas Corporation’s power generation business
where he was responsible for strategic planning, alliance management,
competitive intelligence and employee communications. Before he
entered the corporate world, Sean was a teacher for twelve years
at the grade 6 through community college level.
Sean has been a leader at the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute
and a presenter at the Fourth Annual International Creativity Conference
in Pretoria, South Africa, the Fifteenth Annual International Conference
on the Positive Power of Humor and Creativity, and The Next Idea!
2004 Creativity Conference. He graduated cum laude from University
of Toronto and earned a Masters degree from SUNY Buffalo.
