Having earned his MBA from Duke University, Narula has a B.S. in computer science and has spent over 15 years in the software product development industry working for high-growth entrepreneurial ventures. He first learned about informal networks during his MBA in 2006. Surprised by the lack of business-oriented tools and services, he decided to build his own in 2008.
