Wendy Skinner brings over fifteen years of domestic and international expertise partnering with C-level and senior executives to drive significant organizational change. Wendy specializes in strategy execution, change management and process reengineering. Her passion and core strength is translating business strategies and ideas into actionable plans, establishing clear accountability and ensuring the management processes are in place to deliver tangible results.

Wendy recently served as Director of Corporate Performance Management at Sabre Holdings, a world leader in global travel commerce and technology. Wendy advised the CEO, CFO and executives on best practices in strategic management and balanced scorecard. She spear-headed the implementation of a global corporate performance management process, improving executive alignment and strategy execution. Prior to that, Wendy held similar positions driving strategy execution, process reengineering and key change initiatives across Sabre’s businesses, including Travelocity, lastminute.com, MedHotels.com and Airline Solutions.

Before joining Sabre, Wendy was Director of Process Management for an internal division of Electronic Data Systems, a global business process and information technology outsourcing company. Wendy consulted with executive leaders on large-scale transformation and reengineering initiatives, developed the implementation plans and led the change management activities.

Outside the corporate space, Wendy provided strategy execution consultation to the City Manager of Southlake, Texas. She developed their first ever strategy map and scorecard and helped the city implement strategic management processes. Southlake’s Mayor proclaimed February 19, 2008 as Sabre Holdings’ Day, due in large part to Wendy’s contributions.

Wendy’s unique approach to driving change comes from the combination of her strong interpersonal skills, innovative ideas and deep subject matter expertise.
