Program Details

In a 6-month course that combines six individualized coaching sessions with seven virtual classes in a peer setting, you will work through three modules with each of our expert coaches.

MODULE 01

Build your Mental Wealth &
Resilience in the Workplace

COACH: CHRISTINE BURYCH, PRESIDENT OF STARLINGBROOK LEADERSHIP CONSULTING

In the first two months, you and your cohort will learn about mental health and resilience in the workplace, with coursework designed to explore your own style, strengths and tendencies as a leader. 

 

Christine is a top leadership consultant and executive coach who has spent over 25 years enabling leaders to create collaborative, productive and mentally wealthy workplaces that everyone wants to be a part of.

 

Outcomes: At the end of the course, you will walk away with a personalized resilience strategy defining the ways you can build and maintain your resilience and foster mental health for those on your team.

MODULE 02

Unearth & Define Your Personal Brand

COACH: CAT O'SHAUGHNESSY COFFRIN, CEO OF CAPTIVATING CONSULTING

Months 3 and 4 will build on your internal awareness to help you unearth and articulate your own personal purpose and brand as a leader. Coursework will focus on the latest data about purpose-driven leadership and tips and guidance on how to define your own unique value proposition both in your job and for your future career. 

 

Drawing on a career providing marketing strategy and branding to leading companies across industries, Cat specializes in helping businesses and executives unearth their unique brand of leadership so they can amplify their impact in the world. 

 

Outcomes: At the end of this module, you will have a customized personal leadership purpose, brand and elevator speech with actionable ideas on how to implement this to support your career goals.

MODULE 03

Build & Lead High-Performance Teams

COACH: GREG ZLEVOR, CEO & PRESIDENT OF WESTWOOD INTERNATIONAL

In the third module, you will focus on how to live and act your personal brand of leadership in the context of your day-to-day leadership and team management. With content focused on strategies for building up a strong team around you, giving and receiving feedback and driving teams toward measurable outcomes, this final piece of the course will arm you with the tangible tools you need to guide your teams and get the most out of those around you.

 

A community builder at heart, Greg draws upon his early roots as a teacher and Boston College Chaplain to guide leaders in fostering inspiring and high-performance team environments in the workplace.  With over 25 years of experience in executive leadership development and education and four #1 Amazon Best-Selling books on leadership, Greg has served as a coach, consultant, and facilitator for companies across the globe.

 

Outcomes: In addition to an online portal to create community and a repository of your learnings, you will also be coached through the creation of a brief, 2-minute TED-style presentation where you tell your personal story and present your personal brand.  Participants will have the opportunity to deliver these presentations during the capstone session at the end of the course.

2020 CLASS SCHEDULE

Live classes will begin on June 23, 2020 and recur on the third Tuesday of every month through December, 2020. 

Specific times will be set based on the composition and geography of the cohort. All live sessions will be recorded to accommodate potential conflicts with time zone or geography.
