This interactive session will help us develop a deeper understanding of how our mindset and
thinking impacts our ability to influence and persuade. As a leader this is a core skill.
Whether motivating our teams, managing change or working collaboratively across functions, we are constantly persuading or being influenced. As a professional, parent or partner, this will help us navigate the choppy waters when we get what we don't want or don't get what we do want.
We will learn various tools and methods to take back to our teams and organizations to run successful meetings, lead innovation initiatives, and drive business results. With any change, influence and persuasion is necessary to get people on board. This session will put you in the necessary mindset and give you powerful tools to be more influential and persuasive.
