For Our Growth (FOG) is an annual collaborative gathering of change agents, consultants, executives, and thought leaders from around the world. It’s one of those rare events where CEOs mingle with monks and where the person in the chair next to you could be an ex-refugee, a photographer, an executive, a spiritual leader, an executive, a student, or an entrepreneur.

Founded by Greg Zlevor and Nancy Badore in 2011, FOG gatherings are a place to deepen collegial relationships, solve real-world challenges, and share stories in the spirit of openness, generosity, and sincerity. Everyone who comes has something to learn and, just as importantly, something to teach. At FOG, we have conversations about leadership, change, and aligning what we care about with what we do. The sense of community here is palpable: conversations easily flow from dinner and into the late evening hours as people who were previously strangers conspire to change the world together.

FOG is a temporary refuge from the fast-paced world outside, a chance to be fully present and to understand old things in a deeper way. Today it’s still too rare to find anything else like it.

Each FOG experience is different, but you can expect a long weekend of breakfasts and dinners, informal conversations, inspiring talks, collaborative group work, guided leadership experiences, and a healthy dose of the unexpected. Details on the next FOG event coming soon.
