Greg Zlevor, Westwood International
Greg Zlevor is the President and Founder of Westwood International and FOG (For Our Growth). He has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership development and education and has served as a coach, consultant, and facilitator for companies across Europe, Asia, North America, South America, and Australia.
Under Greg’s leadership, Westwood International has made it its mission to give back, supporting not-for-profit organizations that help homeless children and at-risk youth across the United States, Mexico, Thailand, India, and South America.
Zlevor has a passion for bringing people together in the spirit of collaboration, and has a deep respect for the power of the group. He spent ten years working on community building with M. Scott Peck, psychiatrist and author of The Road Less Traveled, and also founded the Community Building and Organizations Conference.
Greg is a frequent speaker and facilitator at the Global Institute of Leadership Development, and his areas of expertise include executive education and development, coaching, consulting, facilitation, and cultural improvement.
Zlevor earned his MA in Spirituality and Pastoral Ministry from Boston College and his BA in Biology from Lawrence University. He has completed post-graduate training in organizational development and has been published in several books, including The Change Champion’s Field Guide. Greg loves to start his day with meditation and end it with a Green Bay Packers’ victory.
